BPL participates in Rubia Natural Colours
BPL – Bedrijfspensioenfonds voor de Landbouw (the pension fund for the agro sector) acquires a minority participation in Rubia Natural Colours. Rubia produces natural dyes from renewable natural sources on an industrial scale. These dyes are applied in the tapestry industry, in fashion and apparel, in upholstery, in cosmetics and in the paper industry. The products are in the market introduction phase and the management anticipates a rapid growth of the demand for durable and recycled materials.
Loadlok acquires Roland International from Sioen Industries
Roland International, producer of finished curtains and tarpaulins for international goods transport with production in Poland, a central sales office in the Netherlands and a sales office in the UK, is acquired by Loadlok, Europe’s specialist provider of cargo control systems. Loadlok operates sales offices in 7 European countries and 2 production units in the UK.
The Würth Group has acquired the chemical company Diffutherm B.V. and its subsidiary Dinol GmbH
The Würth Group has acquired the chemical company Diffutherm B.V. based in Bergeijk, the Netherlands and its subsidiary Dinol GmbH based in Lügde, Germany. Both companies together generated sales of about EUR 60 million and have about 150 employees on their payroll at both sites. Strategique has since long advised the management and shareholder of Diffutherm and Dinol.
Delft Diagnostic Imaging acquired by Canon
Delft Diagnostic Imaging (DDI) is acquired by Canon. The transaction included two main businesses of DDI: Oldelft Benelux and Rogan Delft.
