The Strategique team exists of 4 professionals, most of them with significant IMCG experience, and Fleur Derbyshire as the office manager. In the course of the coming period the team will be expanded. As such Strategique recruits outstanding young professionals who have the ambition to lead our clients to success in the future. Frank van Goethem
After his Bachelor Business Economics at the Erasmus University, Rotterdam and his Master Business Administration at the Rotterdam School of Management (Interfaculty, Delft) Frank worked for 5 years in industrial and consumer marketing with La Paz Cigars and Protecon before joining McKinsey & Company. In the role as consultant and engagement manager with McKinsey he supported among others large corporate restructuring and recovery projects. After the start of IMCG he followed the post-graduate Corporate Finance course at the University of Michigan. With IMCG Frank served a multitude of clients in the most diverse industries. You can identify the impact of his work with Strategique / IMCG in several well-known Dutch enterprises. He has arranged and supported more than 50 transactions ranging from 1 euro to over 1 billion euro.
After his studies in economics at the Universty of Amsterdam, Erik obtained a master degree in Commerce from Waseda University, Tokyo, Japan in 1993. Erik worked in sales and business development functions for the coatings division of Akzo Nobel and product manager for Philips Electronics in Japan, The Netherlands and the US. He joined IMCG where he focused on corporate finance for 4 years. Subsequently Erik became associate director corporate recovery at KPMG. Next he set up a shop for himself. He executed numerous transactions and created a successful dental care business. In 2013 Erik returned as associated partner with Strategique.
Jens finished his Master of Science in International Management in 2009 at the Rotterdam School of Management and HEC, Paris after a bachelor in Amsterdam and Dortmund. Subsequently he worked three years as business analyst and consultant with Solving IMCG. During this period he also received a Master of Science in Business Valuation at TiasNimbas business school/University of Tilburg. Thereafter Jens is working as managing director with Basic Water Needs after a short period as venture manager with Rocket Internet. Since the transition of IMCG in Strategique Jens returned as associated consultant.
